2 hs of Love, acceptance and healing
One of the benefits of yoga practice is to develop a deep intimate relationship with our own selves and others. When we start to get deeper in our asana practice, marriage or professional career, usually we start to face certain challenges, and there are two ways to deal with that: to resist or to surrender.
Most of time love is the magic essence to bring up transformation, acceptance and healing in our lives, and in order to open our hearts we all have to let go and happiness will likely arise.
Throughout the class we are going to focus on the breaking-down of backbends while integrating the inner and outer alignment in a quite therapeutic format, followed by pranayama and a special meditation.
All levels are welcome to join it.
